• Small fits size 5½ – 7½

• Medium fits size 8 – 10½

• Small fits size 6½ – 8

    Three Tips for Perfect Sizing:   

1. Width matters!  If you are a borderline size, for example, a women's size 7½ and you have a very wide foot, use the size medium instead of the small.  Conversely, if you are a women's size 8 and have a very narrow foot, use the small instead of the medium.

2. Some shoes are created more equal than others. The arch enhancer works well with a pointe shoe that has a long vamp and a high crown. 

3. Shopping?  Wear your Arch Enhancers when fitting new pointe or ballet slippers.  The Arch Enhancer changes the dimensions your foot and may change the size shoe that you wear.
